Chef Janine Booth was born and raised in Australia. For her, food has always been about bringing people together, making memories and celebrating life. Living in a multicultural society, Janine was fascinated by the array of amazing dishes that her friends would bring to school for lunch. The many new flavors and cuisines inspired her to begin cooking classes, which led to first place in a cooking competition. After touring the world on a flavor adventure, Janine went on to study at Le Cordon Bleu of Culinary Arts in Miami, kicking off her professional career as a Chef. In 2010 Janine worked at Gigi’s Restaurant in Midtown Miami under famed Chef Jeff McInnis and then followed Chef McInnis on to his next adventure, the two times James Beard Award nominated restaurant, Yardbird Southern Table and Bar of Miami Beach.
